Tap water and ph/ lime or peat moss?

My tap water is a high ph around 8.2 if i wanted to bring that down do i use lime or peat moss? and what does it come in a powder or liquid?where to get it?

If you are growing in soil, you need to amend it with Dolomite Lime......

No. Dolomite should be mixed into the soil. You need to adjust the ph of your water/nutes to 6.3-6.5 before watering the plants with it.
