This is my first attempt at an indoor operation. Little background on myself, grew up on the south coast of BC, grew outdoors when I was a teenager. Fast forward a "few" years and here we are, married with 2 kids, marijuana is legal and I'm gonna grow!

Strain = Black Indica
Indica 80% / Sativa 20%
Started from seeds, on day 9 from start of germination.
Indoors Grow tent 4x4x6.5
Led Mars hydro reflector 192
Soil + vermiculite (no specific ratios)
Seedlings are in 1.75sq by 2" deep organic biodegradable pots.
5 gallon felt grow bags
Seeds from crop kings
5 out of 5 germinated

Keeping temp inside around 25-26 Celsius.
Humidity is low now, it was around 45% but now hovering right at 30% so in going to throw a humidifier in there and get it up a bit.
I started germination process on November 13, placed in the small pots on Nov 17th.
Its taking a few days to get the conditions inside the tent where I want it, other than humidity im pretty close.
Watering is another finicky task but I'm figuring it out.

Anyways, I'll post some pictures in the next post, thanks for looking!
Any words of wisdom, constructive criticism etc are welcome!

Any thoughts on when I should move to a bigger pot?
I'm debating putting these little cubes into a bit bigger pot before putting them into the final 5gal bags.... Not sure yet.
Humidity is being a real hassle, so damn dry up here!
Pics from tonight...
I know, pretty boring this far..

When the roots come out of the peat pots transfer to intermediate container till roots emerge again, then the big pot. Don’t over fertilize and don’t overwater!

Well it's been a few days now, I moved them into the bigger pots on the weekend and they are doing well I believe.
Humidity is holding in the 40s
Temps with light on are about 25
Temps with light off drop to 17.5c (12am till 6am)

I decided tonight to turn both switches on, on the led. Full spectrum action now.
Light is about 22 inches height from plant tops.
Not nutrient feeding as of yet, just ph'd water.

All 5 are black Indica from crop kings.
Thanks for looking!

If anyone is looking I'm curious what you think of this...
The edges of the serated leafs, closer to the stem, are curling up slightly it looks like.

Been in dirt 12 days total. Watering every 2nd evening.
Humidity between 40-60%
Temp while light on is 26c ish
Temp while the light is off (18/6) drops to 17.5c
Have a fan inside on low at all times.
PhD water to 6.2 ish.

Agreed! It's a forever task tweaking things and finding what works best. I'm only 2 weeks in but I find it a very fun and what will be a rewarding hobby!

I plan to give one of the 5 to my buddy who is going to keep it as a mother for us, then next grow have a few varieties of strains.

Yep it’s crazy, I was following to many people in the start, now I’m down to quadliners and a couple others, Dutchman Pennywise Asesino85 and @InTheShed who has been an amazing help to me, and really everyone, I like looking through the new journals and he is active in soooo many there’s some that are 7 pages and it the journal starter and just him helping along... personally when I hit my 50th message I voted for him.

Appreciate it Stu! I can't be everywhere but I try where I can :).

Carry on with what you were doing Earl! But if I can poke my nose in unasked I'd say water when the pot feels light rather than on a schedule. Vermiculite retains water (unlike perlite which we add for drainage) so make the roots search for moisture. Plants look great though but that caught my eye. Nice tight nodes for plants so young. Start thinking about what kind of training you're going to try!
