A Palm Springs teenager was arrested Thursday on suspicion of graffiti vandalism and marijuana possession.

Officers from the Cathedral City Police Department's Special Enforcement Detail served a search warrant on the residence of Adam Xavier Gardner, 19, on suspicion of graffiti vandalism.

Police said the search turned up numerous items related to graffiti, which were seized as evidence. The search also turned up approximately 1 pound of marijuana from Gardner's vehicle, police said. The seized marijuana appeared to be packaged for sales, police said.

Gardner was transported to the Cathedral City Police Department. The case will be forwarded to the Riverside County District Attorney's Office.
