Tent Grow #2 Northern Lights, King Tut, Skunk

Little side project. Hempy vs kryptonite soil (local living soil). I hope that's alloud.

Hempy is in the lead. Have too many variables to be scientific but it's fun!

The hempy on the left is a king tut clone that was cut identical to the tut on the right.

Hempy in tent. 240w QB. Temps 25 -+3 Celsius. Liquid ferts at 3/4 strength.

Living soil under sun. Night to day temps can be anywhere from 10 to 30 Celsius making the main problem with the comparison.

Both amazingly healthy but hempy much larger.

I almost bought a bag of that kryptonite soil awhile back. Hope it gets some good results for you!

I've seen it in action and it seems to do the job. I'm in a 1:1 ratio with HP promix right now due to size of the plant

Chugging along @ a little over 3/4th strength nutes. I'm gonna park it at that as the bigger plants look healthy and the smaller ones look slightly over fed. Humidity is now easier to maintain @ about 60 to 75 percent with a temp of ²⁶.

Still doing heavy defol of the larger shading growth. Just playing it by ear.

Keeping the room stable at 25°c and 68ish rh. Feeding just shy of full strength to everything and it's going without any issues. Just did a kelp foliar feed before lights out ( is this correct? ).

Hey @bluter What's your take on these big girls ? I'm getting the 12 12 itch.!
They are approx 12inch tall and I have about 25 to 30 inch room to grow and keep a safe canopy

you can flip anytime. those are some big buckets for a hempy, you could easily grow a bigger plant before flip if you like. stalks look good and thick on those.

What kinda veg time frame would you use on those buckets.? They are still going dry every 2 days! I'm out of good bud but I don't want to waste time on small plants. I'm so used to outside I can't judge a good flip time yet.

you could go another two wks if you want bigger plants.
there's no harm flipping now. i normally grow smaller plants, nothing much above 30 - 36 inches at finish.

edit : i need to feed every second day by mid veg and daily from about flip or 2 wks after.

It's so hard to decide the time invested vs end yield. Go through a crop too fast these days.

Got three of the big girls ( skunk Northern lights and tut) into 12 12 mode today. And set up my veg tent! My little corner just got a little more productive.
Nice!!! So you've got a veg and flower tent going now? That's awesome :high-five:
