Just finished my Bubblegum funk DWC grow. I just put two BrothersGrimm Apollo XX Fem seeds into rapid rooters. I'll be using two 600 watt hps/Mh Vented grow lights with dimmable Ballasts. You can look at my last grow to see the setup. heres a couple pics to get us started. Feel free to follow. itll be slow here for bout a week then things will pic up. I try to keep everything updated. My Bubblegum Funk has been curing 3 weeks and it weighs 1 pound 3 ounces. that's a record for me. I know some will hate on that but it surprised me too. let me get this posted and into my signature if I can remember how. haha.

That’s an awesome yield, how does that bubblegum funk smell/taste?

Thank you. It’s My first 1 pound yield indoors. Weed always smells like coffee to me. Weird huh? Has another smell I can’t describe. Piney/skunky maybe? To be honest it doesn’t taste as good as others I’ve grown. Sorta bland. But really good high.
I just checked my two rapid rooters With the Apollo XX SEEDS. Nothing yet. Only the second day though. Hopefully tomorrow.

Day 3 and Apollo XX has launched. I’ll keep them under the low power led bulb for a couple days then put them into the hydroton. I water from the top a few days and put a clear bowl over them to hold in humidity. I just changed my hps bulbs back to mh. Brand new 600 watt bulbs. Wiped all my hoods down and the glass.
I will post more info and pics when the rapid rooters go into the hydroton.

Filled the buckets tonight and ph’d the water to 5.8 and added z7 by Flying skull in case the water gets above 72. I then put the rapid rooters into the hydroton. I watered all around the rapid rooter. I will continue to top water around the rapid rooter for at least 3-4 more days. I have a clear bowl on top to hold in humidity. I’ll use the low power bulbs for prob bout a week then I’ll turn on the 600 watt mh bulbs. So that’s it for now. Couple pics.

Exactly 7 days since putting seed into the rapid rooter. Few more pics. I took the humidity domes off. Watered around the rapid rooter just to be safe. Roots should be hitting the water soon.

Day 19 veg.
Changed nutrients in both buckets today. Both plants look good. One is a little behind the other. Have topped them 3 times and taken some big light blocking fan leaves off. Will top one more time in a few days. I’ll be flipping to flower on day 30 if I like the size. Here’s the formula I used today and a picture.

Water temp 72. I add z7 for insurance.
PPP. I don’t measure. Because I use the same formula on every plant. Ok I just checked. Bout 1000 ppm.
