Tincture Expiration Question

I added a half ounce of buds to 10 ozs of 151 Rum, let it sit for 60 days and then strained the liquid through a cheesecloth. I put the tincture in a glass dropper bottle and hid it in a radio. Forgot about it. Found it last week.

It has been sitting there for almost 2 years. Questions:

1. Is it safe?
2. Is it toxic?
3. Is it dangerous?

Any info would be appreciated.

I would think so ,but I dont know life time of batch.just dreamn bout it tho !! hope it is still usable would like to learn results.

It's preserved in alcohol. It will last forever. That's how doctors used to store it in the olden days.
