Let start by saying that Im so excited right now!!! All my gear that I was waiting for is finally arrived.. Tent is up already and lights are instal! Hook the tent to my home hvac system so it exhaust outside now, no worry for heat issue from the lights anymore! Tomorrow morning I will transplant the 14 clones from solo cup to 3 gal pot, its gonna be there final pot! Gonna try to fit 14 in there and if its to tight I will only keep 12!! Let me know what you people think about this!!!?!! Few pictures to follow..

Little update for tonight.. I did transplant all the clones into 3 gal pot!

Roots are looking healthy and ready to be transplant, sparkle some great white myco to the roots and transplant hole during the process.




I build a 12 site double driper DIY drip system for the 5x10, setup a new rez as well with air stone and mixer pump that start every 6h for 30 min to mix the rez.


By the time I went to the Hydroponic store, get all the nutes and accessories for the drip system then came here to do all this took me all day!! Past midnight and just got done hehe! Time to burn a lemon skunk from dna that I grow in the summer!! On that good night my 420’s friends!!!

I want to keep this thread alive and update daily if I can, step up in the game a bit, now allow 49 plants with acmpr so I have 19 on the go now and will not go higher then 20 for now, will be doing clones during the process as well to try to have a harvest every 4-5weeks. Any taught? Any advise? Dont be shy and hope in!!

Hey thx Penny!! I never used mh/hps before, only used LED since I started, shouldn’t be a issue...

Welcome Dutch!!! Its gonna be a nice grow!! Specially with all you nice people around to help!! The drip is working like a charm, I been using the exact setup but for 4 plants in my 4x4 tent for the last week and a half at 2/feed daily without any issue except yesterday I did move some plugins around and the timer came on without noticing it... good thing I only had 1/4 of the rez left haha. Other then that everything is rollin perfect.

Just set the hps a little higher than you would led and you should be good.

Both ballast are set at 75% to get them used to the strong light... how long should I wait till I put it at 100%???

I’m thinking the plant will tell you when it’s time. Maybe a week or 10 days. You don’t need intense light during veg though. You can save a little money during veg.

So really I could a left them at 50% intensity for vegg if im understanding right?!
As for ppfd, I dont have a meter for that, maybe I should invest on one eventually. And for height, right now I have them as high as they can be because I was scared to stress the plant, should I lower it and at about what height..
