To grow or not to grow

Is it ok to grow autos in the same room as a plant on a 12 12 cycle maybe not starting out but let's say I started them all t the same time on a 18 6 cycle and now it's time to flower and most AUTOS are already flowering would it be ok to switch them on a 12 12 with the other plants ?
