2 days ago I topped the newest and smallest growth which left two fan leaves still to grow like in picture #1 but one seems to be falling behind. Did I damage it?
And in picture #2 what diffidency do you think my plants have!

I flushed the soil with 4mL of terpinator and 1 1/4 of cal mag into a gallon ph'ed to 6.6 I'm in Espoma organic potting soil
I'm running a 300watt LED and a 150 watt SATCO plant light right next to it so 450 from the top of the canopy

Need help ASAP not sure if I should just top the newest growth and jus take both off even the one that's growing @Pennywise
I transplanted them today into 3 gallon pots and fed with light nutes
Terpinator-4 ML to gallon
Cal mag- 1 1/4 to gallon water ph'ed to 6.6

After picture is the 1st picture in the green pot
Plant has shown improvement since flush and transplant
But now I'm worried about that top
Is it normal for one of the new fan leaves growing to be significantly smaller den the one growing with it?
I shouldn't just top it off? I micro topped the tiny new growths between those new growths coming out
