Treated plants for spider mites, very little foliage left, can I recover?

I have a question I'm hoping you may be able to answer. I'm a new grower so learning everyday. I did make up some homemade spray a few weeks ago. I believe I may have added too much red pepper and burnt my plants awful. The were in the 4th week of flowering. To say the least they lost nearly all fan leaves and did stunt the growth due to the low temps that happened right after the burn. I am trying to recover the foliage, realizing that they'll take awhile to recover, if at all. My question is will they repair or should I just toss them out? I'm growing indoors now, i was outside but just got too cold. My husband said they won't recover but i feel they may take a while but should recover. Tia for any advice. In the meantime I have ordered sns and a few other things to attept another riddance of spider mites. Please help, I will post pictures of my plants as soon as they wake up in an hour or so. I will add the still have mites, most likely nute deficiency and just all around ugly. I do have to begin spider mite treatment on my veg plants and newly planted clones. I'm very scared. I ordered 3 products to assist. When I post pictures I'll list the 3 items.

As you can see some plants have enough foliage to come back. But I'd say they're still in need of help for pests and nutes. Some of the plants if not most are just fried. I have only been able to use foliar misting of nutes which is calmag and i have xnutrients bloom and for my veg i have xnutriets grow. I have not been able to water any of these in flower as they were in the garage which was entirely too cold so they are not absorbing water. They've been in the basement for 2 days now. Are the plants ability to suck up nutes or water from the roots impossible because of the lack of foliage? I'm so afraid to treat them again for bugs although i believe we have the correct stuff now but they are already so shocked and suffering i just dont know if i should just dispose of them and focus more on my veg. Those definitely have a pest problem as well. I'll post picks of my veg area. It's under construction but the goal here is to rid the bugs from veg plants and newly planted clones.

In veg and newly planted clones with obvious issues including mites

I apologize i didn't get the pictures uploaded from the plants in flower. I will retake those. It looks to me like you can only see the veg area that is under attack now. Here are the pictures of the flowering that i had burnt and lost almost all foliage along with multiple other deficiency issues. I'm not sure all of these are worth saving. I do see new growth on foliage and sone buds other buds on the plants are fried. Tyia
