Trusted Seedbanks

I've done a search and haven't come up with much, I want to order some Hashberry seeds from Mandala seeds but since It's "out of season" their not taking order. Has anyone dealt with any of there resellers? Are they discreet, reasonably priced and trusted seeds? Any feedback or recommendations appreciated
