Trying to get the tops to grow in centre

I trimmed bottom a bit and stretched the net tighter and pulled some more branches I have them anchored to the ground till the canopy fills in as much as possible I’ll take more pics in a couple hours when sun hit them

Nice job, they look nice and airy now. You can control how many main colas exist in the end. As you go along they will tell you if they are too close. My lemon og candy grow was way too crowded and I cut 50% of one of the plants branches off to make for air and light penetration. Not all plants needed that much so beware of too much.

I’m getting picky and now I’m noticing this area need to grow “higher”

Question buddy, when do I know to stop training them?? I don’t wanna over stress lol

I did earlier in the season I’m afraid if I do that I could mess up the mains?
You should be plenty fine as Long as you make sure the mains are 'popped, crushed, twisted ' properly before bending them. Go gentle and don't bend just pop and twist. The others will catch up while it heals. I train until flowers are set if I need too.

There are a few articles in my signature from @InTheShed that were helpful to me.
You’re plants can handle a lot more than you think.

I’ve done this accidentally during LST to 3 of the girls now. (That’s the main stock)

This is what recovery looks like.

You can also see the indention on the upper right where I super cropped the limb during early months.

If you feel like you did too much, I get a straw, cut up the middle, and put it around the stem as a brace. You don’t want them to bend less than a 90 degree bend.

If they actually crack open, I’ve done this many times, wrap it lose in medical tape, and soak the tape every day for a week. Be carful when removing.

First SC back in May after first defol. I was nervous as heck.

Yeeha. No space to fart in that room.

Yeah they're a bit wild right now. Debating on moving the SCROG up some.
I had family visiting, and wasn’t expecting such a huge boom over the past few days. They just got away from me. Can’t tuck a 15” stretch. Lol.

Was yesterday. They keep doubling up over night. Lol

I just wouldn’t attempt it when they’re flowering. I usually wait a day of two after a feed before I do any stressful things to them. Usually when they look their strongest.

Here is my last pictures for today I worked a bit more on them, tied down a couple more mains and opened up the canopy a bit more. Let me know what y’all think. What a difference it made wow. Cheers!

Nice netting work. Now you can watch them grow for a while. In a few days or a week or longer you might see they're crowded again. Then you can see what you want to do. Maybe train again, or who knows maybe some trimming or supercropping. I'd give them some time now to see what happens. They look happy.

I just wanted to jump in with a quick tip to help prevent trunk splitting when you train after topping. I got it from Heavenly Hybrid last week. Leave about ½" of stem above the node when you top. It will give the plant more strength to resist splitting.

Carry on...
Thanks for the late advice. JK Lol!
