Trying to save this girl given to me by a friend

So a friend of mine gave me this photo Indica Big Bud strain growing outdoors, I need help this thing is too big for my tent and need some advice to bring it down to acceptable height for a 4x4x6.5 foot tent. Also the wind from last night just started to split the main stem as well, taped it back up and should be fine it was very very minor

If it’s still in veg I’d supercrop the heck out of that thing, and maybe cut that main top off and maybe clone it if ur felling optimistic

I actually just put it in flowering stage to get rid of it as quickly as possibly to give back to the friend who gave it to me. I have my own grow planned and this has already pushed that time back since I have one tent
