Urgent: need to SWAP 12/12 Cycle!

hey!

so i just took my 2 huge plants that have been veging for about 2.5 months and put them on 12/12 flowering.

this was last night, so they have only done 1 12 x 12 cycle now.

i have them on at night, and off durnig the day for heat issues.

however i now need to make hat on during the day and off at night due to cooling the closet and the light leaks during the day.


what do i do? i was thinking, skip TONIGHTS light cycle and just begin tomorrow morning on my new 12/12? (this would mean no light for the plants, for a full 24 hours before resuming ).

Should work. Have seen some growers recommend 36 hours dark before they switch to 12/12

24 hrs is no problem. I've read some growers do this regardless with the belief that this causes them to show sex sooner.

you'll have no problem. i left mine in darkness for 2 days cause i had to go away and i have heat issues and had to take em off timer, when i got back i found all these new bud sites. it stresses them a little but not much
