Using a usb microscope

i just picked up a barska 10x300 pc digital microscope

anyone have any good screen capture/web camera software??

my laptop is a little slow for the program it came with, but so far this thing is pretty cool, love the fact of watching my screen, rather than"trying" to use a hand held microscope- not sure i really needed to see whats going on at 300x tho, gnarly stuff

I've got the Carlson 300 dig and love the shots but not sure where they're going on the computer. Yet p

I've got a USB Micro from china and after installing the driver it just runs the camera software that comes with windows 8, would like to use some better software that's forsure.
Please let me know if you find a good one
