thats air intake and out take sorted all thats left to do is fit it properly put splitters in the vents so inake sucks from one side and out take goes the other direction also got me some fan speed controlers to help with sound and better control with temps and the fans are pretty overkill but always handy

space is looking real snazzy its 99% done just few little touches and no more diy :) :420::Namaste:

Looks good! Ya gotta love the DIY builds. Will be watching for more.

thanks sparks ,its getting there just a reducer to add fit to the fan,fit the bracket propperly and run the power line across the celling ,i have a really good extention lead to use aswell it has 12 sockets super high saftey rating saves me plugging plugs apon plugs:high-five:

:Namaste:

Great work velk, would love to see some green in your DIY grow room

a few of the creme bubbly's have cracked with small tap roots some still not ready the alien v triangle wasnt split when i checked last night , ill check them again in an hour or so could be time to plant , im going to run a few tests on the air system in my room while i wait so everything is perfect for them =) :Namaste:

gave the space a test run of the air system its really powerful !! glad i got some fan speed controllers there only budget ones but they help control the system very well , i can control the power of out/intake so battling temps constantly should not be an issue anymore im hoping

:tokin: ill cut some splitters today and fit the fan propperly with a reducer and some flexy duct so fresh air comes in one side and extraction on the other side ill add an ossc fan the side the fresh air comes in to spread the new air threw out the space and old air to the out take =) i should have this space dialed in fairly quick with the new set up :yahoo::yahoo::yahoo::yahoo::yahoo::yahoo::yahoo::yahoo::biglaugh::biglaugh::biglaugh::biglaugh::biglaugh::biglaugh::biglaugh::biglaugh::biglaugh::woohoo: :Namaste:

(2 beans should be ready to go in tonight im hoping the rest catch up may give them another 24h so i can put in ground at same time as staggered feeding is a pain ) :420:

Really looking good. Looks like you will really be able to increase control over your venting system. Your giving me some good ideas for my next grow.
thanks troy, fan controllers have made a diffrence aswell as the system setup , some times the diy id lon but worth it what do you have planed diy wise on your next go

I won't be able to do my next grow until January (Long vacation). Finding my tent too small so hope to get a larger tent. I also want to build a fan system to pull cool air into my garage so I don't have to leave the bottom of the door open at night. My current one is doing ok and with the new fan is keeping the grow tent at just 3 degrees over ambient.

I'm planning on growing some Auto's next. Reading up on all the autos I can find journals on.

hopefully you can sort it after your holiday, what kind of space have you got to work with whats your current set up?,
i had heat issues with my tent before it was murders to keep under control, positioning the fans diffrently can help

autos are great nice and easy to maintain im making my way threw the whole mephisto genetics autos loves there genetics ,autos fits my needs and i love them lol there are a lot of seed banks out there for autos these days you will find one you love as well :Namaste:

I currently have a 3 x 3 x 6 tent in my garage. I was also having trouble with heat and humidity. Root cause - I was cheap and bought some cheap exhaust fans. I replaced them a couple weeks ago with a good fan with a built in speed control. I also added a second 600w LED grow light. I can now run both lights at full spectrum and keep the temps under control on the lowest fan setting.

I'm thinking of going to either 3 x 4 or 4 x 4 tent.

My trouble is now that we are retired we are doing a lot of cruising and I had to find something for January that I could get completed and in curing before July 1. Auto's seemed to fit the bill.

I purchased some DP Auto Ultimate's and some White Widow Autos. I got excited after reading A-Train's DP Auto Ultimate grow journal. I figured that buy buying now I will have the beans when I get back after the beginning of the year.

Do you store your beans in the Refrig or just in a dark dry place?

try and go as big as you can as the more space you have the better, but ovs work with what you have 4x4 sounds like a good number :volcano-smiley::volcano-smiley:

i found that using a "grow tent " was harder to controll temps rather than a room found with tents more moisture/rh build up with tents

my next space i will build stud walls or something (if i can find the space might share my bedroom lol) fan speed controllers make such a big diffrence i think my room has fluctuated like 2 c if that

:high-five::high-five::high-five::high-five::high-five::high-five::high-five::high-five:
well if doing autos and starting january you could have a few crops done potentially if you get fast autos, im a fan of dutch passion autos the genetics are fab they just take a bit longer than other autos dont get me wrong so worth the wait (gonna run glueberry og again) i tend to go more towards faster ones 60-80 day finish strains

most ov my beans are from mephisto so come in a resealable pack keeps em nice and fresh (i put them in one of my bottom draws in a little box together its dry and cool there but if storing for a long long time fridge is a good idea even tho ive seen 5+ year old seeds cracked and not storeed very well lol:thumb::Namaste:

i put two in yesterday (they broke soil a few hours later)
420-magazine-mobile1857240508.jpg

i put another creme bubbly in today so thats 3/5 one more has cracked just gonna let tap get a but bigger the other one hasnt moved

1 of 2 alien vs triangle have hatched and has a small tap ill give another 12 hours then check again but should all hopefully be in the ground in the next 12-48 hours

Looking good. A quick question as I have read conflicting information. Do you plant tap root up or down?

:goodjob:

hey troy always down sometimes they can sprout j rooted i try and make the tip face as down as possible and clover v:Namaste:lightly with media
