My state just passed a DECRIMINALIZATION bill that makes any possession of marijuana a oz or under a civil penalty with. a $25 fine
Also any prior cannabis drug conviction will be expunged and sealed in the court system.
WHY DO I FEEL LIKE VIRGINIA IS NOW PASSING COMMON SENSE REFORM????
