Hi all i have done a search but cant find what im looking for and was hoping you guys could help me out 
i have just started my 12/12 and the guy at my local shop recomended to try atami bloombastic and buddy together.
in the 4th and 5th week use the buddy on its own then for the 6th and 7th the bloombastic on its own. is this ok? i am using vitalink a + b too. appreciate your help thanks guys
