Vivosun 4'X8' Grow Tent Review

Well I just set this tent up yesterday so I figured I would post a review...
Obviously as the title describes this tent is made by Vivosun. I have a couple of their products and so far I find them great for the money.
I was very lucky to get such a great deal on this tent. During Amazon's Prime Day Sale I was able to get this 4x8 tent for only $188.99 but even at regular price of $269.99 it's still a great deal.

Packaging
- The package arrived all in one box. The tent itself was folded very well. All items were accounted for.
Instructions - The instructions were included which is more than I can so for some things I've purchased. The instructions were in French & English. There were picture diagrams and numbered pieces so it was easy. They recommend two people especially for the tent part itself but I did it all myself. It actually wasn't so hard since I have set a smaller tent up before. Tents are like bicycles... once you did one your a pro LOL.
Metal frame - The frame is much more flimsy than my Secret Jardin 4x4. The poles themselves are a little smaller in diameter at 0.75".
The corners are all metal construction with plastic end caps to prevent chafing against the tent. The assembly is all "click" and play. No tools required. The manufacturer claims the top crossmembers can hold up to 220 pounds but that's crazy. It's not gonna do that so don't hang off it and kink a perfectly good crossmember. However if you don't plan on hanging bodies from your tent you should have no issues hanging all the lights you want.
Tent Material - The material is actually 600D which is great. It would be very difficult to tare. The reflective material is 98% reflective mylar.
There are a few tiny light leaks but nothing you can't take care of in a couple minutes. Also there are plenty of vent ports ranging from 4" - 10".
Zippers - These zippers are very high quality. They actually pride themselves with the quality of their zippers. They feel robust and heavy duty. I don't think I will have any issues with the zippers. There are a few light leaks around the curved doors through the zippers. This might correct itself somewhat once the fabric stretches and starts to relax. I did just set it up after all.
Features - This tent comes with a full one piece removable floor tray to help with cleanup. Also there is a sewn in tool pouch on one end of the tent for holding your glasses, pruners, etc...
Warranty - 2 years. Reviews claim they have good customer services for the most part.

I did a search for "grow tent reviews" and Greenlizard's post came up and I decided to add my 2 cents.
I just put together a Vivoson 5 X 5 yesterday and I agree with everything Greenlizard said except the instructions were only in English. It took me about 45 minutes to put together and I'm 61. I'm not sure about light leaks because of my only complaint, I can't zipper myself inside. That and I don't have a light inside yet.

Thanks,

Steve
