Want to form RI Co-op or Collective

There are several RI MMJ Patients who want to form a Co-op pooling their resources and working together to grow Medical Marijuana. There are NO Laws in RI that prohibit this practice and I am seeking any info that will help us out. I know nothing about the process other than how to grow, any and all info will be greatly appreciatted.
