Wapai o' Hapa - Dakini Kush - Unknown First DWC Grow

Hey there! This is my first hydro grow and it's been going pretty slow so i figured i'd see what the experts have to say about it. I'm growing 5 plants, all from seed. The first 3 are Wapai o' Hapa, a Hawaiian heirloom sativa from Centennial Seeds in CO. One of them is a Dakini Kush from the same company, and the 5th is a rando seed i found in a bag of dankins. I haven't been keeping too much track of the time since i started, but i believe they're about 4 or 5 weeks at this point. I've had them under a 24hr CFL tube until recently, i just moved them into their room with a 400w HPS as well as the CFL, and am switching them to an 18/6 light cycle. As of now they're all in one 20? gallon storage bin, but i plan on moving the 3 bigger ones into their own 5 gal. buckets in the next day or 2. I've been giving them General Organics GO series nutes, but will be switching to GH flora after the transplant because it's much simpler and seems to be a favorite for new growers. Here's some pics of my progress so far. like i said, i haven't been keeping track of time so i couldn't tell you how old they are in each picture.

I'll post more pics of the room so you can see exactly what i'm dealing with soon, hopefully hitting the grow shop for some new gadgets tomorrow, i'll keep ya posted!

Here's a couple pics of the room. It's about 8X8X8, all concrete below ground. Temp's been staying around 70 around the girls, water's at around 65-68 degrees. I made the huge mistake of giving them WAY too many nutes last time so the growth's been stunted a little, but i changed the res to a 5.8ph plain water and i see awesome improvements to the roots, hopefully the leave's will perk back up in the next few days.

Well even though nobody's listening, i shall keep going with the journal so i have a semi organized record for my next grow. After a rez change of nothing but water and a little CalMag the girls are starting to perk up a little bit and resume growth. These first pics are from 2 days ago.

This last one seems to be struggling and i'm considering pulling it if i don't see a major recovery in the next week or so.

Finally got internet back! The girls are doing much better. i flipped their lights to 12/12 last sunday, and they've exploded in the last week

And here's a couple under normal CFL light without the HPS on.

Yo yo! got some snapshots of the lovely ladies today. I can now see pistils on almost all of them, so i'm gonna start counting my flowering time from now, it's been 11 days since i switched to 12/12.

The big girl's got some gnarly roots on her

So the bag seed turned out to be a male:/ i guess it's all for the better though, it gives the rest of the ladies much more light and space. here's a couple pics after pulling the bro.

The rest of the ladies came from feminized seeds so expect buds o plenty from um.

so, i fucked up big:/ i must have mixed up what plant was what in the early stages because i have 3 male's out of the 5 plants i did a really bad job labeling and keeping track of what seed was which and aparently 3 bag seeds sprouted instead of the 1 that i had thought before. so i'll be taking a couple clones off the big girl before she gets too far into flower so i can try again. i'm slowly but surely learning from my mistakes and hopefully next time i'll have better luck. I'm gonna move the other girl into her own 5 gal bucket and start getting the tub ready for some new babies. i've already pulled the ugly ducklings outta the room and i'll hopefully have pics of the clones by the end of the night.

Well here's the survivor's, i just cut 5 babies off the bushy girl, which i'm assuming is the Dakini Kush, and 2 off of the Waipai O' Hapa, hopefully they root so i don't have to use more of my seeds, i only have like 4 left :/

And here are the little ladies. i was supprised at how well they adjusted themselves overnight, most of the leaves were facing sideways when i took the cuttings because of how they were growing, but they've all fixed themselves i'm stoked that i won't have to deal with the disappointment of having a bunch of males in this next batch though

The 2 on the left are the Hapa, the 5 to the right are the Kush
