War on Drugs

I was wondering.

Since they call this a "war on drugs", wouldn't everyone that takes drugs be the enemy army?

So if The war on drugs army attacks someone .. lets say an organized grow op, and there is a battle, and some people die.. How can they charge anyone with a crime? If it's war, wouldn't they be POW's? KIA's?

I was just wondering, because if they use this language to describe what they are doing, then don't the rules of war apply?:bong:

I mean when they captured iraqi soldiers, they didn't charge them with murder right?

Why do i feel like this thought runs through my head alot?

Oh yea, cause it does. Very good point, i agree fully with you Boss.

It's a war on people not drugs. There are such things as "war crimes." I'm not sure if drug smuggling is one of them. It's also really stupid to be fighting a war they cannot win. How much more money and lives do we have to lose for the government to realize this?
