Water cycle

hello people!!

I have a hydro setup ebb and flow my medium is clay pellets running 3 600 hps. I am now 2 weeks in to budding plants seem healthy. now my question is I have a 1 hr on 1hr off water cycle can i run into problems with this cycle.

10 mins every 4 hours lights on, 1-2 10 min cycles during dark. table should be empty within 15 mins of start of flood or less, to eliminate risk of the roots drowning.
