Watering and light question for DWC - Seedling

so i have some seedlings right now only 1"-2" tall their roots arent long enough yet to get the water in the DWC. how far down should the water be from the net pots?

Also how often should I water these seedling?

And should I have my 600w light at full power or 50% or 75%?

This is what i was going to go off of "With DWC, when you first transplant your clones or placed your seedlings, the water level should come about half an inch up the bottom of the net pot itself so water can wick up through the hydroton and get to the roots".

"After the roots establish themselves in the system, keep the water level an inch or two below the bottom of the net pot and always keep pumping oxygen at all times".
