Watering help!!

Ok, this isnt a help post its a need help post.. So i am just starting growing and i planted some seeds (outdoor) and i have transfered them to a bigger pot and i have them all in the same pot its about a 2 gal pot and i have 6 seedlings in there they are about 2-3 weeks in and im afraid i am going to over water with the amount of plants in them. I have been spraying them with a spray bottel on mist and been graduly adding water to them about a quarter of a cup to all plants together while spraying every 3 hours or so they are about 2-5 inches tall and have been getting 15 hrs sunlight and 10 hrs of none again they are outdoors and in a spot that the sun hits for 15 hrs and if u have any suggestions to what i should and shouldnt do let me know thank you .

How hot is it outside? If it isnt like 100 or something you dont need to spray them with water but if it aint broke dont fix it dude. If you want give them some nutes, but you use nutes lightly like a capfull per gallon of water

What type of nutes should i use any specific brand or combination??

Everyone uses fox farm or some blue planet stuff. I go with big bud, but just pick a brand here is a link Blue Planet Nutrients
