Watts/per is an antiquated measurement that tells nothing of time spent vegging, grower skills etc.
Example: 2 growers with similar Skills and setup, both using 1000hps, and one vegetates longer, then the 2nd grower is likely to have greater yield but not necessarily any better efficiency.
A much more accurate measurement would be grams per kWh, as this tells you total energy used from seedling to harvest.
