We need way more info to diagnose. Growing medium, pH of nutes, types of nutes, basically every bit of info about your grow that you can.

When did you start noticing this discolouration? How often are you feeding? Notice any bugs? Have any traps? RH? Temp? Ventilation? Lights? This definitely looks like a nute deficiency to me, but could be root disease.

OK I read your journal. Emily knows what she's talking about. I'm not an auto guy at all, but from what I see you started them off in pots that were way too big and if you were watering to runoff that whole time you would've oversaturated the soil for awhile. This drowned your roots so that they wouldn't properly develop, and possibly gave you root rot. I'd let them dry out and see what happens, but for your next grow I'd offer you this advice: 1. go with feminized seeds, the set up you have will easily allow for it and you're gonna have much better luck than with autos; 2. start off in small pots and work your way up, you should only need to transplant twice (using 3 pot sizes overall) and don't overwater them, especially at first, you want your roots to develop; 3. get your pH down to 6.0-6.2. If you try that over again you're probably going to see much better results. In the meantime, let the soil dry a bit and see what happens. You could still salvage it yet.

Thanks for the reply!
Autos need to be in their final pot right from the start because repotting them will affect growth. However you are absolutely correct with overwatering....which I did about week 4 in... because prior to that they were growing quite fast and healthy so I figured they were ready for a full watering with run off but little did I know I was doing more bad then good. This was when the drooping started happening.
I grow autos as I had some extra seeds given to me but my next grow will most likely be feminized! I would say definitely a rookie mistake I made...but live and learn and hope the next batch is better!
On the plus side...the one auto which main cola was accidentally broken off due to lst is growing great....and of course I didnt water this one as much because I figured the plant was overrall smaller.

Growing and learning is what it's all about. I learn something new every grow. It's what makes it a hobby instead of a chore. Good luck with the current grow. Be sure to post an update when it's finished. Cheers!

This is a fallacy and the reason you first got in trouble, not properly watering such a huge container and tiny plant lost in that sea of soil.
There is no reason at all to cause any stress to a plant by transplanting it. Simply make a hole the size of your first container in the new soil, slip your plant out of its small container and slip it right in the hole you just made. Be sure not to yell at the plant or drop it or twirl it around in a dance a few times before you plant it, and there will be no stress. You are the victim of a clever marketing strategy to sell Autos, trying to convince the buying public that they are "automatic" and so much easier and faster to grow, and you don't even have to transplant them. Yeah, right.
By starting in a smaller container, you can control the wet/dry cycle and never get into the difficulty you are in now. Talk about stress... by avoiding it, you caused so much stress that the plant is now in danger.

Excellent info, noted for the next auto.

Also noticed some tip burns and yellowing leaves on bluecheese auto, currently in day 25 flower....doesnt look fresh, been feeding 3/4 nutes...wondering if that is too much or is it some kind of deficiency? Hope to get it figured out before it's too late
