Weird issue

I had started growing last year and never had this issue, but my seeds germinated fine, placed them in a solo cup of foxfarms soil and they sprouted soooo tiny and stopped growing? They are auto-flowers from tssc. They are about 8 months old but they Germmed just right. Any thoughts?

Could be various things, no lighting, no nutes in soil, over watered, under watered, or simply mother nature doing her thing...
