Sorry about those ladies.
It does look a little like heat stress but?
Could be root issues or pests hard to tell without info.
A few parameters would help with diagnosis.
Whats in pots? Nutrients? Ph?rh?Temps? Etc......
When you say 120 girls do you mean in the room with them? Or 120 you have grown over the years?
Give us some more info and we can help.

I know roots are supposed to grow right thru the membrane on peat pellets, but I’ve had similar problems and when I did autopy on rootball I found the roots were constructed by the pellets, maybe next time try to snip the membrane off before transplant….

I stopped using pellets for this exact reason, only starter solo cups for me from now on. I tried cutting off the mesh and all it just damaged the roots.

Crap - it was late so maybe I spelled it incorrectly but meant to say roots were constricted, as in held back from reaching their potential

were all 120 plants started in peat pellets? cause 2 plants failing out of 120 is not bad at all.

Looks to me like your plants have root rot. Among other causes it mostly happens due to over watering and/or compacted soils.

A common treatment is hydrogen peroxide/water mixture then re-potting. Mixing ratios vary so do some research and decide what your comfortable trying.

Results are reported to be almost immediate but temporary and re-potting plant will be necessary because this treatment will kill both good and bad bacteria and micro-organisms.

I got the cuttings from a friend .... I potted and few days later I saw some white mites like really really tiny ones
Then I sprayed a few times so maybe that can be a reason aswell but since then they have grown and all

For example if u look in the picture it's a screenshot of a video but the rarest look healthy.... and all

Just unwrap the membrane on the pellets. It will be fine.

Ya and I agree that the membrane will constrict root growth. Just take it off.
