I am looking at a tent 40cm x 40cm x 140cm with about 100 W to 250 W of LED Lightning..

I want to avoid the thing catching fire but also I want to use the weakest fan possible as I need to keep the noise as low as possible.

Can someone recommend weak or adjustable fan 150mm to use with this ? Will this setup avoid catching fire without a fan at all ?

As I understand it, I only need to use one fan for this setup...

Because your tent is so small (approx. 8 cuft) you don't need a very big fan. A 2 cuft/min fan would exchange the air once every 4 mins. I fan out of a computer power supply would easily work and would be very quiet.

I also guess you can get fan like cooler from computer.
