I'm already flowering, its my first grow, do you think this is a pest problem or nute damage?

Also does it look like a hermaphrodite?

Looks like you have spidermites. Neem oil will knock them back but they will most likely return if using neem... if so two/three applications will suffice first few days. If you want them completely destroyed use azamax, it'll do the job in one application. You have a rather bad infestation, I'd do something sooner rather than later.
