What is wrong with my plant?

Brown spots have started appearing on the leaves, as you can see in this picture. I feed it with a 3-1-2 NPK fertilizer and some cal-mag suppliment, as one of my plants previously got a calcium deficiency. Any help is welcome! Thanks.

Ya it looks like it maybe the beginning of a Calcium/Magnesium deficiency, Since your in soil try using some dolomite lime mixed in to keep your cal/mag levels up nice organic way too, but In the mean time you could also use some epson salts to boost the mag if that is indeed deficient too.

Looks to me like you splashed nute solution on it
