What pH is coco coir and soil?

Hi Got a grow at the min with my own soil mix, and the actual pH of it is getting on my nipples!! I thought doing a soil mix with coco and soil is a soil mix not a soilless as it has soil, obviously. But i'm thinking I may be wrong as my plants sort of saying that.

My soil mix is;

30% Canna coco professional plus pH 6.1
35% John innes number2 Ph 6.5
30% perlite
5% Garden lime (approx)

The tangerine dream (on the right) has a ph of 5.8 and is doing fine, has a couple af tiny rust spots but thats it. The pineapple chunk (plant on left) has a ph of 6.6 which is perfect for a soil mix, you would think the tangerine has the problems but its the pineapple chunk that is a bit worse at the min.

As you can see the problam isn't massive but dont want it to get worse. I have a journal with all the information on there, the link is below. Any help much appreciated

If I where you I would not be to worried. What I do, because I used to have problems like you do here is I make sure to just feed with water once a week to help keep the salts out.

What type of nutes are you using?

I only fed once with like 2ml to 2l of water, it was biobizz bio-grow. Don't think it needed it though as the soil mix probably still had food in. Ive watered now with pH'd water at 6.8.
