What plant is this 6 leaf plant?

This has been growing in our garden for a few years. Now it's has bark growing. Thanks.

My wife was parking down our street and saw a squirrel running from a small tree with a large nut in I mouth. The tree has the same leaves as in the photo I posted. Squirrels must have buried a nut in our garden a few years ago...lol. Googling nut trees it looks like it could be one of the chestnut varieties.

What in BLAZES is that thing?! Lol it looks like some yoked up cannabis or catnip. Long, serrate leaves, long internodes, hmmm...

There are a few plants that have similar leaves as marijuana. not sure what that one is. A search of local plants might show something.

I know my friends mom growing up had a house plant that look similar to weed.

I think it might be a Cleome( spider flower) when it flowers do they look like big legged spiders?

Well I can confirm it is a chestnut tree.
