What the hell is wrong with my seedling?

Hi there and welcome!

While I'm not an experienced grower, I can give you some good info on how to get the best help!

The more info you can provide the better!

What Strain is it?
Is it Indica, Sativa or Hybrid? What percentages?
How Many Plants?
Is it in Vegetative or Flowering Stage?
If in Vegetative Stage... How Long?
If in Flowering Stage... How Long?
Indoor or Outdoor?
Soil or Hydro?
If Hydro, Reservoir size?
If Hydro, Reservoir Temperature?
If Hydro, what type of Medium?
If Hydro, what type of Setup?
If Soil... What is in your Mix?
If Soil... What Size Pot?
Size (Wattage) of Light? How Many?
Is it Air Cooled?
Temperature of Room/Cabinet?
RH of Room/Cabinet?
PH of Medium or Reservoir?
Any Pests?
How Often are you Watering?
Type and Strength of Fertilizers used?
Size or Square Footage of Room?

This information is necessary for accurate support to be given.

I'd low stress train it. Get a pipe cleaner and some wooden stake, put the stake oppisite the side needs pulled up and use the pipe cleaner to pull it upright a little at a time.

Turn the plant so the top is away from the light so it has to reach for the light by standing.

Or put some plastic (like from a Pringles can lid) under the part touching the dirt and let it grow.

what if i just left it like this and supported the stem going up?

I've had this before and propped her up with a chopstick/crutch until her stem hardened up enough to support the weight of her leaves.
Easy peasy.
Actually just did this to some floppy squash seedlings using some old cannabis stems (they make excellent stakes!)
