Just thought I would see if anyone could explain this or does anyone use these results. I went looking as water quality seem to be a big subject in a lot of threads. These results are from our water supply, just wondering if anyone uses these numbers? If so for what, besides knowing what's in the water......what to do with this knowledge?

For growing, I look at chlorine, PH and hardness. The other stuff doesn't matter to me. Your water looks good to me. Get rid of the chlorine by letting it sit or bubbling and you should be good to go for soil. I don't do hydo but you need to lower PH if that's they way you roll.

Thanks Major. My water is ph of 7.9 I drop to 5.6 and it rises through the grow zone for hydro. Just wanted to see if anyone uses this info before deciding on nutrients. something to discuss
Cheers Happy Growing

I don't have many issues with ph my res is 15 gallon of water, it does rise over a week and I have to adjust down once at mid week.. Looking at ro system for house but not in budget yet.
