i just made a few pounds of ganja butter using water for the first time while it cooked. i cooked it on low for over 48 hours like i normally do. i ran it through metal strainers and cheese cloth twice. now after its all done and the butter is solid and the water is gone. there is a bunch of what looks like hash on the bottom. ive never had this happen when i make butter without adding water to the mix. so is this good to use for cooking or should i scrape it off?
