I know I need more lights but what else will make her thrive. Notice the brown spots on fan leaves but the new ones are real green

One plant still vegetative 21 hour light cycle, white widow, growing in closet so 6 sft, small fan in closet watering twice a week, no fertilizer added

I only have 3200 lumens on them right now but today it will be up to 12000 lumens
