When checking dryness of buds in closet will a red or green light have plus or minus effect?

i want to check my buds in the closet. i shut lights off, close blinds and do the best i can to touch the stems and look at hygrometer/temp gauge. will the be a detrimental affect if i use a red or green headlamp to check everything out, shine on buds, etc?

For the short amount of time you’ll have the light on, it won’t make any difference what color light you use. Sunlight is tougher on the buds than anything.
