When to stop LST

Hi guys how many days after switching to 12/12 I should stop LST ?
Or should I completely stop before switching to 12/12 ?
I am planning to do only 19 days veg I am even considering to leave them alone as I want to have harvest and dry them in 97 days and I am worried LST could slow down showing pre flowers

Me personally I stop about 1 week before flip. What has worked best for me is allowing them to recover right before flip so they focus on finial stretch rather then recover and stretch at same time.
