Which would you choose Solar Storm OR Hans?

Hello, getting ready to place an order, after much research I am looking
at getting (1) solar storm 400 OR (3) of the new Hans lights.

I can actually get the solar storm 400 for $50 less but lets just say the price
is equal which route would you more experienced LED guys take?

These would be used for flowering only also by the way.
