Ok pic bomb incoming. I tried to get some good pics but don't have a lot to work with. Hopefully you can see the trics in the close pics. The scope on the phone isn't the best quality so it is what it is. My other scope is better and I'm sitting around 20% amber? Maybe 15%
Not sure if i can go another week without too much amber.
May be time soon.
This came from my journal. Just wanted some friendly advice. Tomorrow (Saturday) Will mark 8 weeks of flowering from 12/12. Crop Kings site lists it as an 8 week strain. Most grow longer but I have to watch my trics. No super couch lock wanted. Just a good all around mix with my Buds at there max. Don't wanna cut them too early and miss growth. Heres random pics of my 4 ladies.
What do you think? Is she ready or can I wait another week.

Here is how I see it. You could harvest it in 1 week and get some great bud. You could wait 3 weeks and let the buds get almost 2x bigger. Give it a light blend of (1/10th dose ~150-200ppm)Cal/Mg+Chelated Iron+Bloom Food+Potassium silicate. The idea is to give the plant a tiny blend of everything to let the plant correct mild deficiencies. It will still naturally flush everything else. use more iron to get the pH to 5.5 ish.

Either way it will be good.

But what about the trichomes? That seems to be for most how they judge when to harvest. I had some ambers early. Around five weeks into flower but they was mostly on sugar leaves. This past week, well the last 4 or 5 days the trics have started to show a lot more. Wish I had some better pics of the trics. Pretty sure I can go another week without any trouble so ill do that and see how they are by then.
I definitely want a max yield but at some point you gotta know when to pull the plug.
My first grow so every experience is a new one for me. Could go a week and there be no change in the trics. I'm not sure how fast they grow.

I think you're onto it. Give them another week. Komachi has an alright idea as well but I have never tried it. I like to give the girls a blast of sugar water in the final weeks.
