Harvest time has come and gone... into full time trim mode! It's a long process, but I'm getting faster. Not gonna lie... my neck hurts from-about 10 hours of trim the last few days. Cut the entire plant and hung upside down for about 36 hrs before I started cutting limbs and trimming fan leaves. Buds and branches are nearly dry (enough to snap when bent)... been drying in a dark room at about 76 degrees -with 50-60% RH. Hard to keep RH down here in the rainy wet NW, but so far so good. Almost ready to jar and cure!

Sadly, day of harvest I noticed a bit of bud rot in some of the larger colas on two plants. It rained pretty hard for a few days while I was out of-town and I wasn't able to get them covered. Lesson learned. I immediately cut out everything that I could see, and set aside some of the rotting buds for Bubble Hash. As I trim, I've been-keeping an eye out for any sign of rot or mold, but so far so good. There have been a few buds that have discolored stems (a little brown discoloration) so when I notice these buds I set them aside to join the pile of trim for Bubble Hash. I would say I've pulled out about 2 OZ of questionable buds (even though they look and smell amazing), I just don't want to take any chances.

Stoked about the bubble hash operation... my bags arrive today! Will keep posting!

Some sweet looking flowers there congrats, I would have trouble cutting up that much as getting old and my eyeballs don't see as well anymore (trying to avoid bifocals lol)

Thanks monk. Considering this is my first outdoor grow, I'm more than happy! I too am having trouble with the trim... I beed to find a more efficient process... for now I'm trading buds for trim time.

I'm my Wife's caregiver so I can't go anywhere to help out, bummer not sure I could get my Son away from his computer to do that dreaded four letter word "work"......though he might for that kind of payment LOL

And there's your harvest.... Superb! No joke about the trimming, that's some long hours mun. Hope the bud rot read manageable, enjoy the bounty of the summers work.
