White & yellow patching on leaves, nutrient?

Please see the attached, any idea what this is? My thoughts were splashes on nutrients directly onto leave rather than soil, therefore burn? It doesnt look like nitrogen deficiency. A little stuck

Thanks but I thought the only light that should be on during the grow will be your growing light source.

Turning on or off a light for a minute won't effect diddly on a plant

But almost impossible to source a deficiency with blurple or HPS lights on

Looks kinda similar to what I have. Emilya has been looking at my post and identified leaf damage in one of my pics, looks like you have the same thing in the top right hand side of the 2nd leaf pic. She suggested thrips.

This is a little different than the thrips... this looks to me like magnesium deficiency, especially on the burned up tip on that first leaf. Get some calmag in there asap.
