Will i need a cool tube

400 watt HPS
200 watt CFL
16 inch Normal fan

will i need a cool tube or do you think the exhaust fans will keep it cool enough also with carbon filter taking the heat away aswell thanks all

Cool tubes and vented reflectors are two different things.
This is a cool tube (center light) I made from a bake-a-round.

and this is a air cooled or vented reflector I made from a piece of sheet metal.

Both are easy as pie to make.
