Will month old tincture help with stenosis?

Hi, I have a recently made tincture that I was going to let naturally decarb
Some information I was reading indicated that the tincture may be good for spinal pain before it decarbs
Anybody have any experience using thca for pain management

If that information is available online, I would appreciate a link to it. Brother has spinal stenosis, but is currently still functional.

Sorry, but it is all anecdotal
Some of the different sites have medical forums that deal with pain management
There is some discussion around thc-a being good for pain management. In one of the discussions managing spinal stenosis and ankylosing spondylitis with thc-a was tossed around but not clearly indicated if it was effective
Just trying to see if anyone had any experience in using non decarbed cannabis for spinal issues
It will be nice when they start funding more cannabis research for practical medicine
