No not really.

The 200w double chip might only draw like 60w so would be good for seedlings only and all those double chip panels are junk and falsely advertise the power specs

The 225 led 14w panel is worthless

Look into it


Since your onto the cheap junky lights I'll offer you a better option
Mars led sells a 300w panel on ebay for like $80 that consumes 130w and will grow a plant with two panels being a better way to go.
