Will my seedling survive after snapping?

Yesterday my Blue Dream seedling got damaged by wind. It got knocked down and snapped the stem, not completely off.

I propped it up, got some rooting gel on the break. Then i tied up a toothpick to it with some string lightly. I bought some tape but it didn't work so i left as is.

Then i put soil over it as high as i can and put it close to my home, under the pergola so the wind is not affeccting it.

What are the chances of survival? This photo was taken now, it has almost been 24 hours.

I am going to leave her there today, dur to wind but look at putting her back out tomorrow. I hope that isn't too soon. Thanks man!

Keep her protected from the wind and heavy rain.

Appreciate your help man. I probably should get my Durban out of wind too for the day but i got lots of soil propped up high.

I have another problem in same category if you have time.

I do.
