Will These lights work?

The first lights bulbs are good for veging(CFL Daylight). for flowering youll need stronger like an hps.

Daylight CFLs for vegging, and Soft White CFLs for flowering.

^ ditto, don't bother with the flood light. . . go with soft white CFL's like was mentioned, for flowering. The 100w equivalents are nice and don't get too hot, as compared to the 150watters.
