Will this stem produce 4 new colas when topped?

I am using LST on my plants getting ready for my SCROG net. I recently noticed that One of my new Chem dog phenos has a stem with 4 fan leaves instead of 2. On another stem that I have topped there were 3 iy subsequently produced 3 kolas. This stem has 4. This will produce 4 koalas right and should I top it or no. I am not planning on doing so. However, since the opportunity is here for 4 new koalas should I? She's already setting up nice . Definately gonna be worth cloning.

That's a double node of a mature plant that has alternating node now rather than parallel when immature. Topping is stress so not too much is my opinion.
